Fastway Couriers will deliver your parcel anywhere in South Africa. Your shipping amount will be added after you’ve entered your delivery address.

ORDERING – CART

Once you’ve added your puzzle(s) to your cart, the purchase process can begin. In your Cart, you’ll see the puzzles you’ve added and the quantity per item. You can remove items by clicking on the x on the left or change quantities by clicking on the up or down arrows under Quantity. Click on “Update Cart” if you’ve made any updates. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” when you’re ready to do the next step.

ORDERING – CHECKOUT

Under “Billing Details”, you can enter your contact information to ensure we have your details for delivery. Under “FIND YOUR DELIVERY SUBURB, PROVINCE AND POSTAL CODE COMBINATION”, click on the blue bar that says “Click here and start typing”. Start typing the first letters of your suburb, for example “Bryan’ for Bryanston. A list will appear with possible matches. Select the correct suburb with its corresponding code. A popup from Fastway will appear to confirm delivery destination, click OK. Once all relevant information has been completed, click on the box next to “I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS“. You can then click on “Place order” where you’ll be directed to a secure payment portal (Payfast). After this, you’ll receive email confirmation of your order and you can sit back and relax and look forward to your beautiful, unique puzzle being delivered to your door. Happy shopping!
